The Nazareth Music
Center Online Store will accept returned items for up to 30 days after the
invoice date for exchange, credit or a full refund, excluding shipping
charges. We are not responsible for any claims made after that time. If
the package appears to have been damaged during shipment, please retain
all packing materials, as the carrier may need to inspect them. To ensure
that your return is handled quickly and properly, you must receive
authorization prior to sending the item back to us. Call us at
610-759-3072 or email us at
admin@nazarethmusic.com to obtain your return authorization code.
Please have your packing slip with you when you call.
Once you receive our authorization,
please ship the item(s) via UPS or Parcel Post INSURED. To qualify for a
refund, credit or exchange, returned instruments must be in the same
condition they were in when they left our store. Return in original
packing material to:
