The Nazareth Music Center maintains an extensive stock of new band and orchestra instruments at each of three levels: Student, intermediate, and professional. Customers are welcome to test instruments in the store to find the perfect match.
Instruments at all levels are from the music industry’s most reputable manufacturers, which ensures that they are of high quality and can be repaired, if necessary, in our repair shop or elsewhere. Please be aware that instruments from lesser manufacturers sometimes cannot be repaired if they become damaged or broken; the Nazareth Music Center does not carry such instruments. Martin Guitars
Established in 1833 in New York City, C. F. Martin is one of America’s oldest guitar manufacturers. In 1838, the company relocated to Nazareth, Pennsylvania, where it remains to this day. Martin is a family company, now run by C. F. Martin IV, a sixth-generation descendant of the company’s founder. The Martin Guitar website provides more detail about the company’s history.
The Martin guitar room at the Nazareth Music Center is carefully climate-controlled to provide ideal temperature and humidity for the instruments. It holds up to 90 guitars at one time, all shipped to us directly from the Martin factory. Customers are welcome to play guitars in the store to find the perfect match. Our online list of Martin guitars in stock is updated daily. For up-to-the-minute information, please call us at 610-759-3072.
Every year, the Nazareth Music Center commissions unique guitars from the Martin factory. Made from exotic woods, they are designed to be one-of-a-kind collector’s pieces. Past guitars have been made from woods including Makore and Tasmanian Blackwood.
