There are several reasons why, after renting for some period of time, you may wish to stop renting an instrument. The staff of the Nazareth Music Center will be happy to work with you in any of the following situations.
Return Instrument
If you no longer wish to rent any instrument at all, you may return your rental instrument to the store and end your contract at any time. If you cannot bring the instrument to the store, please use our Rental Return form below. Fill out the form and send it to the store, a representative will pick up the instrument at your school.
Rent A Different Instrument
If you would like to rent a different instrument, you may return your instrument to the store, complete a rental contract for the new instrument, and immediately begin rental of the new instrument. If you are not able to get to the store and the instrument was rented for a child in a Lehigh Valley school, you may follow these steps:
- Contact the Nazareth Music Center at 610-759-3072 to obtain financial information for your account and the serial number of the new instrument you will be renting.
- Complete the form below to provide information about both the instrument you are returning and the one you wish to begin renting.
- After we confirm, leave the instrument you currently are renting at the office of your child’s school and contact the Nazareth Music Center to let us know the instrument is ready to be picked up. A staff member from the Nazareth Music Center will pick up the instrument from the school office and deliver the new instrument in its place.
Stop Renting & Purchase Instrument
If you would like to stop renting and instead purchase an instrument, bring your instrument to the store. Apply your initial rental payment plus 100% of consecutive monthly rental payments up to 21 months (for percussion instruments), 28 months (for woodwind instruments) or 33 months (for stringed instruments) can be applied toward the purchase of a new (not used) brand-name student instrument (not accessories) of the same type.
